Description

You will manage and continuously improve IT service offerings for a large public-sector client, ensuring smooth operations for IMAC services and coordinating the associated hardware supplier deliveries. You will conduct regular service reviews, report on service performance, and implement improvement measures. You will work closely with the client to understand and meet their requirements and act as a key interface between internal units involved in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and further develop IT service offerings for a large public-sector customer
• Ensure smooth operation of IMAC services, including coordination with the customer’s hardware suppliers
• Conduct regular service reviews and create reports on service performance
• Identify optimization potential and implement improvement actions
• Collaborate closely with the customer to understand and meet expectations
• Coordinate with the Key Account Manager to support the customer commercially
• Serve as the link between all internal units involved in service delivery

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT service management, ideally in the public sector
• Solid knowledge of ITIL and other relevant IT service management frameworks
• Experience with large customers and coordinating complex IT services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High customer orientation and service mentality
• Fluent German and English in speaking and writing
