Description

You will lead CRM and reporting implementations for major clients in the pharma and FMCG sectors. Own the full project cycle—from initial analysis and planning to coordination and go-live—while communicating with both clients and the development team in Czech and English. You’ll work with colleagues in České Budějovice and the Prague office and help shape key decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM and reporting projects for significant clients in pharma and FMCG
• Manage the entire project lifecycle: analysis, planning, coordination, and launch into production
• Communicate with clients and the development team in Czech and English
• Travel to Prague for key leadership meetings (typically ~1x per week)

Requirements

• Experience leading IT projects; not an entry-level position (at least 10 projects delivered)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Independence, reliability, and a client-first mindset
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge; Power BI is a plus and basic SQL knowledge is preferred
• Ability to translate technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders
• Good command of Czech and English for everyday business communication
• Confident and active use of AI tools in project management (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
