Description

Provide up-to-date industry expertise and lead solution consulting for platform implementations, including defining and challenging scope, capturing customer outcomes, and translating them into requirements and solution designs. Own platform integration and design, support business transformation, ensure regulatory compliance guidance, configure and deliver the FNZ Model Wealth Solution (MWS), and provide training and knowledge transfer. Perform review and quality assurance of solution documentation, support analyst/developer handovers, and help establish business readiness processes and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain existing capability and define/challenge project scope

• Capture and document customer business outcomes to create requirements, solution designs, and Joint Target Operating Models (TOM)

• Design platform integrations and provide business transformation consultancy

• Advise on regulations and platform compliance

• Run the MWS configuration process for new platform implementations and capture customer configuration points

• Document bespoke customer requirements and ensure they are met as a solution owner

• Conduct functional reviews and TDD walkthroughs; perform defect verification

• Define business readiness processes and agree SLAs

• Provide training programs and knowledge transfer services

• Support analyst & developer handovers and provide consultancy to other projects/clients

• Lead and support an aligned client project; build team capability and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a delivery or consulting environment in financial services/wealth

• Experience working in a business analysis/consulting role

• 1st class degree or equivalent experience

• Evidence of establishing a continuous improvement and capability development environment

• Confident, self-directed, and delivery-focused working style

• Superior analytical thinking and commercial awareness

• Intermediate computer skills

• Excellent organisational, administration, and time management skills

• Good team communication skills with confidence dealing with internal and external clients

• Highly developed written and oral communication skills
