Description

Translate customer requirements into functional Microsoft-based IT infrastructure solutions across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments. Design, implement, and optimize infrastructure using Windows Server, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure, while supporting presales activities and advising on licensing models. Test, document, and continuously improve delivered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft platform infrastructure solutions
• Administer and configure Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, GPO)
• Install, manage, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases
• Design and manage cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure
• Analyze customer needs and propose suitable architectures (on-premise / hybrid / cloud)
• Participate in presales (solution proposals, client consultations, collaboration with sales)
• Propose licensing models and understand Microsoft licensing policies
• Test, document, and further develop implemented solutions

Requirements

• Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server roles
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (installation, administration, backup, performance tuning)
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with Microsoft licensing policy (CSP, SPLA; Volume Licensing preferred)
• Ability to design solutions and bring them into a functional state
• Communication skills for customer discussions (technical and partially commercial)
• Analytical thinking and ability to find effective solutions
