Description

You’ll help design and evolve the platform technology architecture for a mobile banking application used by millions daily. The role bridges product and platform teams to deliver solutions based on microservices, distributed architecture, and cloud technologies, with strong emphasis on scalability and very high availability.

Responsibilities

• Work on the Technology Platform architecture and collaborate with selected product teams

• Design architecture for new complex e-banking projects

• Define infrastructure and hardware-environment requirements, and software architecture requirements

• Create technology standards and best practices; select tools and technologies

• Design orchestration of application services

• Design IT system integrations

• Create and maintain architectural documentation

• Identify improvement and optimization areas for IT systems and processes

• Collaborate with cybersecurity and access-layer teams

• Work with analysts, developers, and external vendors

• Make architectural decisions based on data and available information

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing IT solutions and integrating systems

• Experience designing mobile application architecture

• Experience designing solutions for large-scale user bases, especially in the financial sector

• Knowledge of high-performance system architecture with very high availability

• Experience with architectural patterns used in enterprise architecture

• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and service orchestration

• Experience in microservices architecture and deployments

• Knowledge of cloud development and delivery processes

• Knowledge of containerization and CI/CD

• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms and OAuth 2.0 and OIDC standards

• Ability to analyze code in Java, Kotlin, or Swift

• Experience working with Git

• Knowledge of C4 modeling and UML

• Practical knowledge of cryptographic topics (digital signatures, encryption algorithms, PKI)

• English proficiency to comfortably use technical documentation

• Higher education (preferably IT-related)
