Description

Translate customer requirements into functional, secure, and commercially meaningful ICT solutions. Lead solution architecture discussions across teams, define end-user devices, negotiate SLA terms, and support pre-sales activities and customer/vendor negotiations. Also contribute to pricing conditions, provide inputs for CRA systems, support pre-production testing for atypical solutions, and deliver configuration support for customers.

Requirements

• Technical university/secondary education
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strategic, analytical, and forecasting mindset
• Creative and flexible problem solving
• Proactive issue resolution approach
• Ability to build relationships with customers and other stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and argumentation skills
• Communicative English
• Driving license category B
