Description

Join an international team to develop, configure, and support a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform used by multiple business units worldwide. You will design and implement CRM customizations and integrations, manage the change lifecycle (analysis, testing, deployment, release management), and support adoption of AI-powered assistance and process automation. You will also translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and contribute to the platform roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform for reliable and stable operation
• Design and implement CRM customizations and integrations aligned with group business processes
• Manage the full change lifecycle: analysis, testing, deployment, and release management
• Maintain platform governance, user access management, documentation standards, and best practices
• Support adoption of AI-powered assistance and process automation in customer support and internal operations
• Gather requirements with business process owners and translate them into technical solutions
• Prepare recommendations and inputs for application roadmap planning and prioritization
• Share best practices related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Maintain the knowledge base and preserve long-term platform know-how
• Combine platform development and continuous improvement with day-to-day platform support

Requirements

• Relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a technical, administrative, consulting, or support role
• Experience working with CRM platforms, business applications, or process automation solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
• Proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving systems and business processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across different countries and functions
• Good command of English for international collaboration
• Willingness to occasionally travel internationally
