Description

Manage the organization’s internal network and ICT, including network monitoring, diagnostics, and configuration of network devices and servers. Provide administration and configuration for optical, wired/metal, and radio network elements, ensure overall network health, and process tickets from a ticketing tool. Support secure infrastructure operations using Linux/Windows and identity platforms including Active Directory, Azure AD, and advanced MS Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal network and ICT
• Monitor the network, diagnose issues, and configure network devices and servers
• Configure and administer network equipment for optical, wired/metal, and radio networks
• Configure and administer servers
• Monitor the full network and individual elements
• Handle organizational ICT administration
• Process and resolve tickets from a ticketing system

Requirements

• Technical secondary education in an ICT field
• 2 years of experience in computer network administration
• IP networking knowledge at least at CCNA level (dynamic routing, VLANs)
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems (administration knowledge is an advantage)
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD
• Advanced knowledge of MS Entra ID
• English knowledge at least sufficient to study and read documentation
