Description

You will maintain and monitor data center (DC) network infrastructure for a banking environment. The role includes diagnosing and resolving infrastructure issues, supporting internal customer needs, and maintaining documentation and procedures. You will also participate in infrastructure development projects within the bank.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor DC network infrastructure

• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure/network problems

• Support ongoing requests from internal customers

• Prepare and maintain documentation and procedures

• Participate in infrastructure development projects within the bank

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience

• General knowledge of LAN/WAN

• Knowledge of installing IT equipment in a data center

• Ability to install operating systems from the MS Windows and/or Red Hat family

• Ability to write documentation and procedures

• English: at least a good level (able to read and understand technical documentation)

• Team-oriented, communicative, and stress-resistant
