Description

Collaborate with the board, project stakeholders, and key users to align on business goals and challenge assumptions. Plan and run research using methods you choose, design solutions from ideas to high-fidelity prototypes, and validate details with developers. Present your work with data-driven conclusions while staying agile and adapting to changing priorities.

Requirements

• High English proficiency (C1+)
• 4–6 years of proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio (2–3+ case studies)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; concise, regular updates
• Knowledge of UX principles and research methods
• Proficiency with design tools: Figma and FigJam (optionally Adobe CC)
• Strong presentation skills using data-driven conclusions
• Proactive mindset and continuous learning, especially in new tech, AI in design, and system-level design
• Optional: Degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, HCI, or related field
• Plus: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other quantitative analytics tools
• Plus: Background in graphic design or related discipline
