Drive design, build, and continuous delivery while aligning stakeholders and mitigating risks during development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Natural Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics); Ph.D. is highly desirable

• Several years of experience as a Product Manager or Requirements Engineer in an agile environment, ideally in scientific or R&D domains

• Excellent leadership skills and entrepreneurial behavior

• Extensive hands-on experience in scientific work and familiarity with research and development processes

• Strong experience with agile and lean principles; practical expertise in requirement engineering and designing digital products

• Deep familiarity with research workflows, scientific problem-solving, and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Resilient and comfortable navigating ambiguous situations; able to consider multiple perspectives

• Proficient in English (spoken and written); German skills are an advantage
