Description

The position is responsible for the day-to-day ICT stability of a top healthcare facility, especially the hospital information system (NIS) and connected applications. You will handle advanced L2 incidents and problems, support server infrastructure, configure network equipment, manage encrypted VPN connectivity, and contribute to ICT changes and technical standards. You will also support compliance obligations under ZoKB (network segmentation, logging, vulnerability management) and collaborate with healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operation and administration of the hospital information system (NIS) and connected applications
• Resolve advanced L2 incidents and problems; escalate to vendors and manage their solutions
• Participate in administration and development of server infrastructure (virtualization, Active Directory, backups)
• Manage active network equipment, including switch configuration (VLAN, trunking, STP, LACP, port security) and Wi-Fi controllers
• Administer VPNs and encrypted connections (IPsec site-to-site tunnels to vendors/external sites; client VPN); troubleshoot tunnel outages
• Participate in implementing changes and developing the ICT environment
• Contribute to fulfilling ZoKB obligations: network segmentation, logging, and vulnerability management
• Cooperate with medical staff to address ICT requirements
• Assist in creating technical standards

Requirements

• Experience in L2 support for ICT infrastructure
• Hands-on switch configuration and troubleshooting (VLAN, trunking)
• Practical experience with IPsec VPN (IKEv2, site-to-site, diagnostics/troubleshooting)
• Windows Server, Active Directory, and Hyper-V virtualization experience
• Ability to independently solve complex problems and take responsibility for assigned areas
• Good communication skills and cross-team collaboration
