Description

Implement and optimize a MES solution to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and production safety. You will work with IT, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth integration and ongoing operation. The role includes system testing, troubleshooting, user training, MES data analysis, reporting, and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES implementation and optimization in a production environment
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and production teams for smooth integration and reliable MES operation
• Conduct system testing, resolve issues, and train MES users
• Collect and analyze MES data to track production performance, downtime, and process anomalies
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on production metrics (performance, machine performance, quality data) using MES
• Provide technical support to MES users

Requirements

• Technical secondary school or university degree
• Knowledge of MES systems and their implementation, including configuration, optimization, and administration (preferred)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (advantage)
• Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
• English at a communicative level
• Valid Category B driver’s license
• Analytical thinking; ability to work with large datasets and focus on details
• Communication skills
