Description

You will support the stability and reliable operation of the MES system, working at the intersection of IT and manufacturing. The role includes daily monitoring, handling production-related IT incidents, diagnosing issues in MES and IT infrastructure, and contributing to MES improvements and updates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily stability and availability of the MES system
• Provide IT support for production-related problems and incidents
• Collaborate closely with production, technical, and IT teams
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve MES and IT infrastructure issues
• Participate in improvements, updates, and new MES implementations
• Support integrations between MES, ERP, WMS, and line-side systems

Requirements

• Knowledge of servers, networks, and industrial IT environments
• Experience with IT support in a manufacturing environment
• Basic knowledge of MES and motivation to learn
• Ability to analyze problems and work independently
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach
• English communication level
