Description

You will help create and update internal banking testing instructions, administer the review process, and coordinate the implementation of changes. You will work with contractual testing templates (edits, technical changes, and template testing), prepare and process reports, and provide administrative support to the product and process team. You will also plan elements of the test strategy with stakeholders and report defects while communicating with IT on resolution.

Responsibilities

• Create and update internal testing instructions focused on FT
• Administer comment/review management and coordinate change implementation
• Collect suggestions from colleagues and collaborate with product and process managers
• Work with contractual FT templates: adjust templates, enter technical changes, test templates
• Prepare and process reports
• Provide administrative support to the process and product team
• Work in internal IT systems
• Support test strategy planning with analysts, developers, and the product owner
• Report defects and communicate with IT during issue resolution

Requirements

• Strong sense of detail and comfort working with documents
• Cross-team communication skills and confidence to ask questions
• Ability to organize work well and complete tasks
• Advantage: experience with testing, creation of internal regulations, or a banking environment
• Advantage: orientation in IT systems and ability to learn quickly
