Description

You will join a small development team delivering projects for a bank client and help ensure everything works exactly as it should. The role focuses on mapping processes, creating and executing test scenarios, monitoring solution quality, reporting testing results and defects, and building up test documentation over time. You will collaborate closely with developers and gradually learn the underlying systems and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Map processes and translate them into test scenarios

• Test solutions and ensure quality based on the designed scenarios

• Report test results and identified bugs

• Create, maintain, and evolve test documentation

• Work with a small developer team on multiple banking-sector projects

Requirements

• Experience in a testing role, or a technical degree supplemented by an intensive testing course

• Logical thinking and ability to quickly get up to speed in new environments

• Proactive attitude: ask when something is unclear and suggest better approaches

• Diligent, detail-oriented work with a strong quality focus

• Interest in technology and willingness to keep developing technical skills
