Description

Act as the interface between business teams and IT at the center of a digital transformation. Analyze and formalize business requests, challenge expressed needs with solution proposals, and support delivery follow-up from planning to testing. Accompany users through change with training included.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis and formalize business requests

• Challenge business needs and propose innovative solutions

• Track delivery timelines in coordination with the project manager

• Define the test strategy, prepare test scenarios, and monitor execution

• Facilitate coordination and reflection meetings

• Understand and apply end-to-end business processes

• Support users in the change, including training

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis and/or Test Management

• Strong knowledge of analysis techniques (BABOK, IREB)

• Strong knowledge of testing (ISTQB)

• Confirmed experience on Agile / Continuous Delivery projects

• Analytical, synthetic, and pragmatic approach

• Autonomy, strong interpersonal skills, and team spirit

• Ability to take ownership and support business transformation

• Fluent in French and English
