Description

You will manage and streamline product trials, certification testing, and validation from early concept through release. The role involves establishing robust quality assurance processes, tracking certification status against milestones, and improving product integration based on trial results and failure analyses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate certification testing for connected products throughout development stages
• Participate in project meetings to discuss certification progress and trial outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and external certification teams to align requirements and resolve integration issues
• Report certification status versus expected milestones and timelines
• Create, update, and maintain certification documentation and trial records
• Follow certification program guidelines and trademark usage standards
• Identify, analyze, and document certification failures with reproduction steps and expected behavior
• Analyze trial results and recommend improvements for product integration quality
• Ensure products meet certification requirements before badge approval and skill publishing
• Research certification requirements and best practices to improve the certification process

Requirements

• B2+/C1 level English for daily collaboration
• 2–3 years of proven experience in program or project management leading initiatives to successful outcomes
• Solid understanding of the full product launch lifecycle from early prototypes to mass production
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, and Excel
• Exceptional communication skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset
• Strong organizational ability to prioritize and manage time to keep complex projects on track
• Analytical problem-solving skills and confidence in making informed decisions in dynamic conditions
• High accountability, self-organization, and commitment to high-quality results
• Critical thinking to evaluate challenges objectively and deliver pragmatic solutions
