Role: Software Support Specialist (WMS & SQL)

Description

Provide technical support for enterprise WMS solutions by diagnosing customer issues, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions. You will also support in-house products and custom applications, working with databases and server environments. The role includes installations/configuration, testing new functionality, and on-call coverage for critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle customer technical requests for WMS and enterprise applications
• Diagnose problems, find root causes, and propose solutions
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person
• Work with MS SQL databases and Windows Server
• Install and configure WMS solutions
• Test new functionality and verify correct operation
• Prepare materials for developers and assist them on complex cases
• Create technical documentation and train users
• Participate in on-call duty for critical customer systems

Requirements

• Experience with IT support, implementations, or administration of enterprise applications
• Strong orientation in MS SQL Server and the ability to write SQL queries
• Analytical mindset and drive to understand causes and connections
• Ability to work independently and follow through to completion
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
• English for technical documentation and basic communication
• Plus: experience with ticketing systems or basic programming in C#
