Description

You will support day-to-day ICT operations for end users, including application management, incident and request handling, monitoring availability, and coordinating fixes with vendors. You will also manage certification authority services and help administer identity and access rights (IAM/PAM), including access control checks and evaluation of operational/security events. The role includes maintaining operational and technical documentation and supporting infrastructure and endpoint modernization.

Responsibilities

• Support ICT operations and end-user application administration

• Resolve user incidents and requests

• Coordinate with vendors to remove faults and restore service

• Monitor operation and availability of applications and services

• Maintain operational and technical documentation

• Administer workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, and multifunction devices

• Troubleshoot operational issues in hardware, software, and network infrastructure

• Maintain IT equipment inventory

• Support restoration and modernization of infrastructure and endpoints

• Administer certification authority (certificates for servers, web, and users)

• Support identity and access management (IAM/PAM)

• Verify access permissions and security settings

• Evaluate operational and security events

• Assist in handling security incidents

• Support compliance with cyber security requirements and internal security policies

• Collaborate with the cyber security manager on security measures and participate in security audits

Requirements

• SŠ with 5 years of experience or VŠ with 3 years of experience

• Experience managing ICT infrastructure

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11

• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy

• Experience administering workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices

• Orientation in LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, NAT, and Wi-Fi technologies

• Category B driver’s license

• Independence, reliability, and responsible approach to work

• Ability to communicate with users and provide technical support
