Description

You will strategically and organizationally lead product projects, coordinate development activities, and plan and manage priorities to ensure effective and high-quality technical delivery for advisors and clients. You will guide and grow an experienced Product Owner team, maintain and continuously refine development standards for quality, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and suppliers. You will also translate client feedback into product improvements and work on AI adoption opportunities to increase service quality and delivery speed.

Responsibilities

• Strategically and organizationally lead product projects and coordinate development activities; manage priorities
• Lead and develop Product Owners (1:1s, goal planning, evaluation)
• Ensure efficient, high-quality delivery of technical solutions with impact on product development
• Maintain and continuously improve development standards to ensure quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders across SAB and with suppliers
• Collect client feedback and satisfaction and feed it back into products
• Work closely with the Technical Director on technical org management and growth
• Mentor internal colleagues to build future leadership capability
• Set consistent direction for tools, including unified visual identity and UI/UX for client-facing tools by category
• Participate in the company’s AI adoption agenda in development and security domains; identify opportunities where AI and new technologies improve quality and speed
• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with SAB’s vision and goals

Requirements

• Demonstrated managerial experience and ability to lead a team
• Structured, analytical, and systematic thinking; ability to set priorities and drive work to completion with feasible proposals
• Ability to communicate effectively with business, vendors, and development teams and present needs across groups
• Independent working style while knowing when to align and move forward together
• Data-driven decision making based on metrics and experiments, including analysis of user solutions
• AI fluency: comfortable using AI tools; understands LLM, prompts, context, and agentic concepts; can create a functional AI-assisted prototype and ensure high-quality outputs
• Ability to work with tools for project management, transformation, and automation
