Description

Lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization delivering secure, scalable, and reliable platforms for the S4BT ecosystem. Partner with Product leadership to translate strategic priorities into technology execution across agile squads, balancing innovation with operational excellence and long-term platform sustainability. Help evolve the organization into a central Product and Technology Hub by establishing modern engineering and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional agile squads; foster ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure technical alignment with product strategy and business goals; set performance goals and quality standards.

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, from planning and prioritization to release and post-launch support.

• Translate the product roadmap into technical objectives and agile sprint plans; coordinate feasibility, scalability, and timely delivery.

• Drive working-backwards execution in agile teams; monitor velocity, cycle time, and quality metrics.

• Lead testing and QA efforts to ensure robust coverage and product reliability.

• Implement and maintain development standards, code review processes, and release management protocols.

• Communicate development progress, risks, and dependencies; collaborate on handover to production and efficient incident resolution.

• Identify tools, workflows, and automation to enhance productivity; analyze performance and drive iterative improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant leadership experience in senior engineering management roles

• Proven track record in technology transformation and modernization

• Deep experience in SaaS, cloud, and enterprise-grade architecture

• Proven ability to build and scale distributed engineering organizations

• Strong foundation in .NET, Azure, and API-driven platform development

• Strong people leadership and organizational development skills

• Excellent communication and alignment with non-technical stakeholders

• Strategic thinker with operational execution discipline
