Description

You will define and deliver the product development strategy for an e-grocery/e-commerce platform and related applications. The role includes backlog and roadmap management, gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting specifications for technical and business teams, and validating functionality delivered within sprints. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional business stakeholders in an AI-native environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product development strategy

• Manage product backlog and roadmap

• Collect, align, and analyze business requirements; provide solution recommendations

• Document requirements and specifications in a clear way for technical and business teams

• Test and accept functionality delivered within sprints

• Propose and consult business solutions

• Break down tasks based on the created specification

• Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders across business areas

• Organize and lead project meetings

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in PO/PM roles in IT projects

• Ability to run discussions and gather inputs to formulate business requirements

• Analytical skills

• Knowledge of systems integration concepts

• Problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly

• Precise communication with business and IT representatives

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Experience in e-grocery/e-commerce

• Experience creating business requirements specifications

• Experience with project management
