Description

You will manage and prioritize a backlog of data-quality initiatives and work closely with stakeholders to identify needs and define requirements. The role includes facilitating workshops and working sessions, coordinating experts and teams, documenting decisions and risks, and reporting progress with recommendations. You ensure scope, priorities, and delivery of agreed actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the backlog of data-quality initiatives

• Collaborate with business to identify needs and define requirements

• Run workshops, meetings, and working sessions with stakeholders

• Document agreements, project decisions, and risks

• Work with business and data analysts to define solutions

• Coordinate team and involved experts on initiatives

• Manage scope, priorities, and execution of activities

• Collaborate with data owners, data stewards, and IT teams

• Report progress and present recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Product Owner, Business Owner, Lead Business Analyst, or similar

• Experience managing a backlog and business initiatives

• Practical knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Management

• Experience working with stakeholders and management

• Ability to facilitate workshops and gather business requirements

• Experience collaborating between business and IT

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and MS Office

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies

• Very good communication and analytical skills
