Description

• Design, build, test, and deploy integration rules and workflows in Workato.

• Integrate key enterprise systems, including Salesforce (CRM), NetSuite (ERP), HRIS, and other SaaS applications.

• Translate business and technical requirements into robust, reusable integration patterns.

• Monitor, diagnose, and proactively resolve issues in existing integrations.

• Define error handling, retry logic, and alerting mechanisms.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Sales to gather integration requirements.

• Maintain technical documentation for all integration flows, including data mapping and transformation logic.

• Support integration quality through naming conventions, versioning, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with enterprise integrations or development on iPaaS platforms.

• Workato experience as a daily tool, including complex multi-step recipes, custom connectors, and remote calling.

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and OAuth authentication patterns.

• Experience integrating Salesforce and/or NetSuite with other enterprise platforms.

• Understanding of data transformations, JSON/XML parsing, and mapping logic.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver on time in a dynamic environment.
