Description

You will lead cybersecurity improvement tasks and projects across IT and business areas. The role includes developing and implementing information security controls, policies, and procedures; monitoring and investigating attacks and security events with incident response; and implementing or upgrading security systems and hardened security baselines.

You will also coordinate subsidiary readiness for security certifications and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 27017, NIS2, GDPR), run cybersecurity awareness training, and create reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or MBA in Computer Science or a related field

  • Practical experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, support, or helpdesk

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies including networking, operating systems, software, hardware, firewalls, cloud computing, endpoint protection, EDR, IDS/IPS, and SIEM

  • Required: Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview

  • Understanding of cybersecurity risks and risk management across technologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and assessing threats and patterns

  • Teamwork skills

  • Advantageous: Microsoft security certifications (e.g., AZ-500, SC 100-400) and other cybersecurity certifications (e.g., SSCP, CompTIA Security+, CEH)

  • Advantageous: Experience building enterprise cybersecurity aligned to ISO 27001, ISO 27017, NIST SP800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or SOC2
