Description

You will lead the rollout and day-to-day adoption of enterprise AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) from pilot use to routine practice. You will tailor training for different employee groups, build a knowledge library of prompts and best practices, and inspire teams with practical AI updates. You will also measure real usage and impact to keep improving the program.

Responsibilities

• Manage company-wide programs for deploying AI productivity tools

• Design rollout and training approaches for different employee groups and project phases

• Create and maintain a “knowledge library” (guides, best practices, prompts, successful examples)

• Monitor AI trends and share useful content and concrete tips with teams

• Track adoption and quantify where real time savings are achieved

Requirements

• Deep understanding of generative AI and productivity assistants (how they work, limitations, and office use cases such as emails, presentations, data analysis, and meeting summarization)

• Excellent presentation and training skills (in person and online via MS Teams), with the ability to explain technical concepts simply

• Ability to create engaging training content (guides, short instructional videos, newsletters) and structure a knowledge base so it is easy to find information

• Patience and empathy to support employees through change without condescension

• Self-directed work style (you largely design the approach yourself)

• English proficiency to read relevant sources before they are available in Czech
