Description

You will map processes across restaurants and office teams, identify where AI, automation, or better data practices help, and deliver practical solutions through pilots and experiments. You will coordinate technology partners and internal teams, ensuring people understand the value so the solutions are truly adopted. You will scan AI market developments and decide what to build, buy, test, or avoid.

Responsibilities

• Map operational and office processes and find opportunities for AI, automation, and improved data usage

• Design and validate practical solutions via pilots and experiments; drive implementation

• Coordinate external suppliers/technology partners, restaurants, and internal teams

• Help people understand why the new solution makes sense

• Track AI developments and bring relevant market inspiration

• Decide what to build, buy, test, or not do

Requirements

• Real, hands-on experience implementing AI, automation, or digital solutions into practice

• Strong focus on adoption: understand that technology alone is insufficient; behavioral change and trust are essential

• Ability to connect business, data, technology, and daily operations

• Can work independently without a dedicated team or direct formal authority over stakeholders

• Comfortable communicating with both technical vendors and operational staff

• Enjoys testing new tools while applying judgment to choose simpler solutions when appropriate

• Can drive initiatives end-to-end: idea → pilot → real usage
