Description

You will deliver end-to-end Microsoft 365 AI projects in a project-based model, supporting both presales and delivery. The core of the role is translating business needs into technology solutions—designing Copilot usage scenarios across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform, then enabling real adoption through implementation, knowledge transfer, and change support.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Microsoft 365 implementation and adoption projects, especially Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments for clients with different technology maturity levels
• Support presales activities
• Co-create implementation concepts, use cases, and adoption plans for Microsoft 365 and Copilot
• Lead workshops to gather business requirements and align technical solutions to client needs for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform
• Support clients during adoption by driving user engagement, identifying barriers, and recommending actions to strengthen adoption
• Collaborate with implementation, sales, and marketing teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Microsoft 365 consultant or another role as a Microsoft partner consultant)
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform for daily work and user adoption
• (Preferred) Experience with adoption of new technologies (change management, digital tool adoption)
• Ability to conduct trainings, workshops, and webinars
• Strong presales and business communication skills
• Certifications: AB-900, AB-730, AB-731
• English proficiency: at least B2
