Description

You will lead AI adoption programs that go beyond simply deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot—your goal is changing how people work and ensuring real usage.

You will run discovery, design AI scenarios (prompts, templates, and simple agents), deliver training and workshops, and evaluate adoption outcomes using available usage data and feedback.

You will work across organizations of different sizes, including regulated industries, in Czech and English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery to identify needs and select suitable AI scenarios

• Define the scope, structure, and schedule of the adoption program and lead its realization through evaluation

• Design and test prompts, templates, scenarios, and simple agents for specific roles and departments

• Determine when a prompt/template/agent is enough versus when the process must change

• Translate AI policies, data-handling rules, and regulatory limits into what can be realistically used and promised in the program

• Run webinars, workshops, hands-on sessions, ideation workshops, and masterclass formats

• Prepare guides, e-learning courses, and materials for LMS and participant communication

• Select and prepare internal customer ambassadors to sustain AI adoption after program completion

• Create and evaluate questionnaires, use available usage data, and deliver a final sponsor report

• Track Microsoft 365 Copilot developments and update adoption program content accordingly

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot from an end-user scenario perspective

• Active experience with generative AI and understanding of capabilities and limitations

• Experience leading workshops, trainings, facilitation, or similar group work

• Ability to explain AI in understandable terms to non-IT audiences

• Ability to run customer meetings independently, manage deadlines, and take responsibility for outputs

• English proficiency for workshops and written customer communication

• Willingness to travel to customers
