Description

You will accelerate AI transformation in engineering teams through practical use of GenAI, agentic AI, and AI tools that support the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The role includes designing and implementing GenAI solutions for programming, testing, requirements analysis, documentation, and application maintenance, plus building reusable reference patterns that allow scaling across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI solutions supporting programming, testing, requirements analysis, documentation, and application maintenance

• Build and develop AI agents, workflow automation, prompts, skills, templates, and SDLC accelerators

• Identify high-potential AI use cases and implement initiatives increasing productivity and quality

• Deploy and develop AI-enabled SDLC tooling, including GitHub Copilot and related solutions

• Support developer, tester, analyst, and DevOps teams in practical GenAI adoption

• Optimize SDLC via automation of code generation, test creation, error analysis, code reviews, and technical documentation preparation

• Create reference solutions, standards, and implementation patterns for scalable AI delivery

• Run workshops, training, mentoring, and coaching to grow AI adoption and technical competencies

• Define effectiveness metrics and monitor business benefits from AI implementations

• Collaborate with architecture, security, risk, and AI Governance to ensure compliance

• Monitor market trends and recommend new AI Engineering and agentic AI tools and practices

• Deliver services in an Agile environment with close collaboration between technical and business teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, IT Architecture, or related technical roles

• Practical experience using GenAI and LLM models in software engineering processes

• Knowledge of engineering-support AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Enterprise, Azure AI or similar)

• Experience designing and building AI agents, workflow automation, and integrating AI solutions with developer tools

• Strong SDLC knowledge and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and manufacturing/production automation

• Experience implementing initiatives that increase engineering team productivity and quality

• Experience facilitating workshops, training, mentoring, or work-method transformation initiatives

• Knowledge of AI security, governance, and responsible AI usage

• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across organizational levels

• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
