Description

You will bridge technology and business to identify processes where AI, automation, or low-code can add value. You’ll convert user/business needs into solution proposals (including functional requirements, user stories, and process flows), prototype and validate them, and help coordinate implementation from idea through launch. The role also supports safe and responsible AI usage across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and find opportunities for AI, automation, and low-code

• Translate business needs into solution design, functional requirements, user stories, and process flows

• Propose and coordinate development of AI solutions, internal apps, automated workflows, and integrations

• Hands-on work with AI tools, APIs, databases, scripting, and low-code platforms

• Create prototypes and verify that proposed solutions work

• Collaborate with IT, Digital teams, users, and external vendors

• Assess feasibility, data availability, security, risks, and expected business impact

• Coordinate testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and subsequent rollout

• Support documentation, user training, and handover into regular operations

• Monitor deployed solutions and identify further improvement opportunities

• Support secure and responsible use of AI across the organization

Requirements

• Experience in AI solutions, automation, digital transformation, software development, business analysis, or similar technical roles

• Practical experience with generative AI, AI assistants, prompt engineering, AI APIs, or AI-enabled applications

• Ability to analyze processes and think about how to simplify or automate them

• Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or C#)

• Experience with low-code/no-code tools (Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio)

• Familiarity with APIs, databases, data structures, integrations, authentication, and basic cloud concepts

• Strong documentation skills for solution logic, data flows, and risks

• English proficiency at least B2 (daily use)
