Description

• Monitor the CRA backbone telecommunications and ICT infrastructure 24/7.

• Coordinate service interventions with internal resolver groups and external vendors, set priorities, and track progress in a ticketing system.

• Evaluate security incidents, handle customer fault reports by phone, and provide event/activity reporting for business and management needs.
