Description

You will monitor an international IPTV platform and ensure seamless operations. You will handle customer incidents and technical problems related to networks and services, collaborating with technical specialists and field technicians. The role includes maintaining customer service quality in accordance with SLA while working with other teams across six European countries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the international IPTV platform and ensure trouble-free operation

• Resolve customer incidents and technical issues in networks and services

• Coordinate with technical specialists and on-site technicians

• Cooperate with other departments across six European countries

• Ensure customer service quality in compliance with SLA

Requirements

• Active English knowledge (speaking and writing) at least B1

• Willingness to learn and continuously develop technical expertise

• Technical education is an advantage (e.g., electrical engineering, telecommunications, or audiovisual technology)

• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, WAN, LAN

• Advantage: knowledge of Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent, TR-069

• Communication skills and teamwork

• Ability to make quick decisions and independently resolve technical network/service problems

• Carefulness, reliability, and responsible work approach

• Willingness to work in uninterrupted two-shift operation
