Description

Develop and maintain backend services for a conversational AI/generative AI platform. Design and implement REST APIs and microservices using modern architectural principles, working with product owners and other development teams from conception through rollout. Ensure quality through automated tests and code reviews, analyze production performance/stability issues, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in Go for platform and integration solutions

• Design and implement APIs and microservices

• Collaborate with product owners and development teams on new features (from idea to rollout)

• Write automated tests and maintain code quality via code reviews

• Analyze and resolve performance and stability issues in production

• Document technical concepts and decisions

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development processes

Requirements

• Computer science degree or comparable qualification, or at least 3 years of professional software development experience

• Several years of hands-on experience with Go

• In-depth knowledge of REST API design/implementation and microservice architecture

• Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines

• Positive attitude toward AI technologies in software development and products (e.g., LLMs, generative AI), ideally with some initial experience

• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases

• Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style
