Description

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will build and evolve backend services for a telemetry platform that gathers and analyzes product telemetry data. Your work will transform real-time application data into actionable insights for customers and help guide architecture and best development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance REST APIs for telemetry data collection and analysis
• Contribute to architecture decisions and best development practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement telemetry requirements
• Work with AI-related tooling, chatbots, and agentic approaches within the platform
• Support long-term development with a team of about 10 (primarily Poland-based)
• Engage directly with clients to translate needs into technical solutions
• Ensure backend systems are scalable, reliable, and efficient

Requirements

• At least 5 years of backend development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and REST API development
• Proven ability to build high-performance REST APIs
• Good communication skills with readiness to interact directly with clients
• Experience with AI integrations, chatbots, and agentic architectures
