Description

Join an international engineering team building modern web applications. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Python/FastAPI backends, REST APIs, and database integrations, while also contributing frontend components using React. The role emphasizes clean, well-tested code and support for CI/CD and automated delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and FastAPI
• Build and maintain REST APIs, services, and controllers
• Implement database connectivity and integration modules using SQLAlchemy or similar ORM technologies
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases
• Develop and maintain frontend components using React
• Collaborate with backend/frontend engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests
• Participate in CI/CD processes and support automated delivery pipelines
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance
• Follow software engineering best practices and contribute to technical decisions

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Python
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI
• Very good understanding of Python fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, time/space complexity)
• Clean and efficient coding practices
• Solid understanding of API design and development
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with SQLAlchemy or a comparable ORM
• Good understanding of CI/CD
• Experience writing and maintaining unit tests and automated tests
• Professional experience with React
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Good command of English
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks
