Description

Integrate and optimize existing products and identify improvement opportunities. Develop and present business and IT implementation concepts, support testing and evolve toward automated test processes, and advise customers to drive customer success using data-driven recommendations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, especially in the DORA context.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, integrate, and optimize existing products; identify and implement improvements
• Create and present specialist concepts and IT implementation concepts; align on solutions with stakeholders
• Steer and conduct tests; extend them and automate test processes
• Advise and support customers; develop proactive customer-success strategies
• Perform in-depth data analyses and derive recommendations to support decision-making
• Manage processes and ensure smooth collaboration between internal and external partners
• Derive measures from market-trend analysis and implement them to optimize customer journey and product strategy
• Ensure regulatory compliance, especially under DORA

Requirements

• Minimum six years of domain-related professional experience
• Proven experience with regulatory requirements, especially DORA
• Deep experience integrating and optimizing existing products
• Strong subject-matter expertise in consulting and customer support with a customer-success focus
• Ability to develop and align concepts with stakeholders for complex requirements
• Willingness to take responsibility for project conception, planning, and integration
• Team-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
