Description

You will analyze and translate clients’ business needs into requirements and documentation for Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce e-commerce platform projects. You’ll collaborate with delivery and development teams throughout the project lifecycle and support integration-focused requirements and sales processes. You will also facilitate trainings for clients and users of the systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze clients’ business needs

• Select solutions aligned with business expectations

• Work closely with the delivery team across the full project cycle

• Support the development team in understanding client requirements

• Create and maintain business-technical documentation

• Prepare and run trainings for clients and system users

• Provide subject-matter support for sales processes

• Promote best practices within the analytics team

Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in e-commerce

• Knowledge of Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 Open Source

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Ability to define requirements (DoD, DoR, acceptance criteria)

• Proficiency in business process analysis and modeling (UML, BPMN)

• Experience supporting sales processes

• Knowledge of integrations with PIM, ERP, payments

• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence

• Experience working with external clients and producing business-technical documentation

• Fluent English
