Description

You will define, implement, and drive solutions that enable sales, hardware operations, and finance functions. You’ll translate business requirements into recommended system designs, collaborate with internal teams and external technology providers, and lead implementation projects and testing artifacts. Your work will directly support business systems optimization, speed to market, productivity, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hardware Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to define business processes and system requirements
• Distill business requirements in enough detail for proper system design, configuration, customization, and development
• Define, design, test, and implement business solutions using standard, custom-built, and third-party systems
• Lead system implementation projects; deliver requirements documentation, system configuration, and user acceptance testing; identify and resolve issues
• Support mission-critical and business-critical systems
• Influence diverse stakeholders, including senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/MIS or other equivalent fields
• 3+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables) and other data analysis tools
• 2–3 years of experience with JavaScript, SQL, or other scripting languages
• Ability to write PL/SQL queries and create dynamic reports and searches
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and pick up new skills
• Self-starter and proactive, with a proven track record of following through and delivering
• Ability to work in HQ in San Mateo, CA 2–3 times a week
• FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days (strongly encouraged/required for certain positions)
