Description

You will analyze existing IT systems, identify business needs, and translate them into IT requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects. You will support solution concept design and architecture definition, maintain analytical/project/system documentation, and prepare materials such as User Stories. You will also model business and system processes (using standard notations) and help with product/system development planning in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze how IT systems operate and identify business expectations

• Translate business needs into IT assumptions and requirements

• Participate in solution concept design and define solution architecture

• Create and maintain analytical, project, and system documentation

• Define functional and non-functional requirements and prepare User Stories (and supporting materials)

• Support product/system roadmap planning (e.g., MVP and subsequent releases)

• Ensure consistency of delivered solutions with standards and system architecture

• Identify technology/architecture risks and help mitigate them

• Model business and system processes using appropriate notations

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business-systems analysis or a similar role

• Practical experience in business and systems analysis

• Strong analytical skills and ability to organize complex information

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements

• Ability to define functional/non-functional requirements and create User Stories and Case Studies

• Knowledge of business and system process modeling

• Practical knowledge of UML, BPMN, and ArchiMate

• Experience using Enterprise Architect

• Experience with collaboration/analysis tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro

• Experience working in Agile

• Aviation sector experience is an asset (especially projects for pilots or air traffic controllers)

• Practical experience creating models using BPMN and/or UML
