Description

You will support the development and maintenance of newly built systems that integrate with legacy environments, while helping migrate components to microservices and cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with the architect in system analyses and collaborate across scrum teams with the client’s employees.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and prepare business and system requirements specifications

• Run analytical workshops and advise clients on optimal solution selection

• Prepare functional designs and analytical documentation

• Collaborate with the development team and client representatives during delivery

• Collaborate with the testing team during acceptance tests

• Support developers during implementation

• Support the team in aligning to product goals and building engagement

• Manage change

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role in IT projects

• Strong knowledge of UML and BPMN; experience with Confluence, JIRA, and Enterprise Architect

• Practical business analysis methods, including as-is process analysis and to-be process design

• Integration knowledge: REST API and OpenAPI; define and analyze integration contracts

• Ability to create and manage functional and non-functional requirements

• Practical experience writing User Stories with strong technical acceptance criteria (AC)

• Experience creating comprehensive system and analytical documentation

• Basic knowledge of IT technologies and transactional system architectures (APIs, databases, system integrations)

• Ability to adapt to projects with changing structure and high dynamics

• Experience working with large volumes of data and independently validating data for analysis

• Relational database knowledge, including SQL-based data analysis
