Description

You will analyze and model business and system processes, elicit and document business/system requirements, and translate them into clear specifications for IT delivery. The work includes creating UML/BPMN-based requirement documentation, modeling solutions in CASE tools, and writing requirements as user stories for agile teams. You will collaborate with agile delivery teams during system development.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in modeling business processes and specifying IT system requirements using UML and BPMN

• Minimum 3 years of experience modeling in a CASE tool

• Analyst experience on at least 3 agile projects with requirements delivered as user stories

• Knowledge of IT architecture, system design, and software engineering

• Ability to elicit and document business requirements

• Higher education

• Experience analyzing systems processing medical data (at least 18 months in the last 36 months)

• Experience with systems using HL7 CDA/FHIR

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect and SQL

• Minimum 1 year experience in scaled agile methodologies (Nexus/SAFe/LeSS or equivalent) involving at least 3 teams
