Description

You will work on a project related to building, maintaining, and evolving products and processes in the banking domain. The role covers system analysis, designing solutions for business needs, managing requirements and their quality/consistency with traceability, and producing system documentation using UML and BPMN. You will also participate in the full software development lifecycle from business analysis through design, collaboration with the development team, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system analyses and design solutions aligned with business needs

• Manage requirements, ensuring quality, completeness, consistency, traceability, and change management

• Create and maintain system documentation using UML and BPMN

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (business requirements analysis, solution design, development collaboration, testing, and deployment)

• Collaborate with business to refine the final shape of products and processes

• Work with developers, testers, and other stakeholders

• Participate in integration projects and design solutions using REST services

• Analyze and verify data using SQL and relational databases

Requirements

• Higher education in STEM

• Minimum 5 years of system analysis experience

• Knowledge of credit/banking processes

• Experience designing system solutions and creating documentation with UML and BPMN

• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect

• Experience in integration projects

• Practical SQL knowledge, including query syntax and relational databases

• Experience across the full software development lifecycle (requirements to testing and deployment)

• Strong communication and ability to work independently and effectively with business, testers, and developers

• English proficiency at least B1
