Description

Lead the visual design of live event graphics and the broader design language for global audiences. You’ll take Netflix brand DNA and turn it into immersive, unmistakably Netflix worlds—setting direction that others can execute consistently. Alongside hands-on creation, you’ll push the technology forward and leverage AI and emerging tools to improve visual quality and workflow speed.

Responsibilities

• Build immersive worlds that expand Netflix brand DNA
• Create design systems that endure and adapt as new sports, formats, and genres join the live slate
• Turn creative vision into fully realized work (from first sketch to final output)
• Use new tools to raise the bar and push technology forward
• Deliver polished work while building reusable systems for the team
• Leverage AI advancements and emerging technologies to speed workflows and improve render quality
• Extrapolate design visions into fully functional 3D assets, ensuring technical excellence from modeling to final render

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, focused on high-end broadcast or cinematic deliverables
• Proven track record building original creative worlds from a blank page
• Experience leading cross-functional partners toward one shared vision
• Strong presentation skills to sell and defend the vision to senior leadership
• Ability to manage multiple productions at a time while maintaining creative voice
• Comfort writing creative briefs from scratch to capture brand essence
• Direct partnership with cross-functional leadership, extending a world beyond broadcast into out-of-home, social, or experiential space
