Description

Create and adapt sophisticated visual design assets across multiple platforms while ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into engaging visual stories for digital marketing, print materials, and campaign creative. Work across a range of deliverables including emails, brochure layouts, web banners, and motion/video content.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt visual assets across digital and print channels
• Ensure consistent brand expression across platforms
• Turn concepts into compelling visual stories in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Support marketing efforts with assets such as emails, brochures, web banners, and campaign creative
• Contribute to projects including motion graphics and video content
• Manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience with emphasis on design
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or production design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Figma (highly desired)
• Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms
• Experience optimizing content for digital channels and social media
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
• Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• Experience with project management tools and workflows
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
• Strong organizational skills and proactive work ethic
• Portfolio demonstrating creative capabilities
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check including drug screening
