Description

The Project Manager plans, controls, and executes service projects in the Augsburg region. The goal is to complete projects successfully and ensure customer satisfaction while onboarding and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and steer service projects
• Schedule internal and external technicians
• Perform customer acceptance tests
• Operate in projects when needed
• Coordinate customer complaints in alignment with Sales
• Report to the customer and internal departments
• Onboard and further develop team members

Requirements (Must Haves)

• PMI and ITIL certification
• 5–6 years of project management experience
• Technical degree or technical vocational training
• Strong technical understanding and hands-on mentality
• Excellent German language skills
