Description

You will co-create and implement an IT enterprise architecture development strategy across the organization and govern architecture in selected areas. You will define architecture principles, technology standards, and roadmaps, plan application/system/data integration, and ensure solutions stay aligned with adopted standards. You will also support key IT initiatives end-to-end (requirements, technology selection, solution design, and effort/cost estimation) while managing architecture governance, repositories, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve enterprise architecture principles, technology standards, and IT/business-aligned roadmaps
  • Plan integration architecture across applications, systems, and data; maintain consistency with standards
  • Monitor technology and architecture trends; recommend solutions that add organizational value
  • Identify technical debt, plan its reduction, and reflect necessary actions in roadmaps
  • Support critical IT projects: requirements definition, technology selection, solution design, and cost/effort estimation
  • Collaborate with business and IT (including HQ in France) to balance business needs with security, performance, and cost efficiency
  • Participate in key architecture decisions; coordinate the Architecture Guild and Architecture Committee
  • Manage the Architecture Repository, technology standards, and the registry of architecture recommendations/decisions
  • Track strategy execution and report progress and compliance with standards
  • Build and share architecture knowledge and best practices; initiate improvements in tools, technology, and processes
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer between HQ in France and other business units

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as an enterprise architect
  • Technical university degree (Computer Science or related)
  • Experience designing business, data, application, and technology architecture for large organizations
  • Practical experience with TOGAF and UML for system/architecture design
  • Integration strategy knowledge (e.g., API Gateway, microservices)
  • Data and analytics knowledge (Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Data Science)
  • Cloud knowledge (e.g., GCP, Kubernetes) and AI tools supporting SDLC
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
  • Experience working with external IT providers and preparing RFP/RFI/RFQ
  • English proficiency at least B2
