Description

Assess the current enterprise IT landscape and business requirements, build an overall picture of the as-is situation, and develop an IT roadmap. Shape IT strategy and establish IT governance processes to ensure a secure, future-proof alignment of the IT landscape. Work closely with enterprise IT and advise leadership on the IT organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive inventory of the IT landscape and requirements from business units, stakeholders, and external partners
• Create an overall view, analyze and evaluate the as-is situation, and develop an IT roadmap
• Define IT strategy and build related processes for IT governance
• Provide the fundamental, future-safe direction for the IT landscape
• Collaborate with enterprise-wide IT and advise leadership on the IT organization

Requirements

• University degree (Diploma/Master) in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT projects
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, IT platforms and services, plus experience applying enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
• Confident handling of Microsoft-based system environments; solid understanding of data protection and IT security standards (advantage: experience in digital sovereignty and open source)
• Strong communication and analytical abilities, change leadership and ability to drive through change processes
