Description

You will co-create and implement the enterprise IT architecture development strategy across the organization and manage architecture in key domains (Digital Workplace, Identity Management, HR). You will define architectural principles, technology standards, and roadmaps; plan integration across applications, systems, and data; and ensure solutions are consistent with agreed standards. You will support major IT programs end-to-end (requirements, technology selection, solution design, and cost/effort estimates) and coordinate architecture governance, including with stakeholders in France.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement corporate IT architecture development strategy across the organization

  • Define and evolve architecture principles, technology standards, and technology roadmaps

  • Plan application, system, and data integration and maintain consistency with standards

  • Monitor architectural/technology trends and recommend solutions that add organizational value

  • Identify and plan reduction of technical debt within roadmaps

  • Support key IT projects and implementations from requirements and technology choice to design and estimation

  • Collaborate with business, IT, and France headquarters to deliver secure, performant, and cost-effective solutions

  • Participate in key architecture decisions and coordinate the Architects Guild and Architecture Committee

  • Manage the Architecture Repository, technology standards, and the register of architecture recommendations/decisions

  • Monitor progress of the architecture strategy and report compliance with standards

  • Build and share architectural knowledge, best practices, and improvement initiatives

  • Ensure knowledge flow and effective collaboration between France headquarters and other business units

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as an enterprise architect

  • Technical higher education (IT or related)

  • Knowledge of business, data, application, and technology architecture for large organizations

  • Practical experience designing systems and architectures, including TOGAF and UML

  • Practical integration knowledge (e.g., API Gateway, microservices) and data/analytics domains (Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Data Science)

  • Cloud knowledge (e.g., GCP, Kubernetes) and AI tools supporting SDLC

  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies

  • Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions

  • Experience working with external IT service providers, including preparing RFP/RFI/RFQ

  • English communication proficiency (minimum B2)
